Returns and Cancellations


All of our items are printed to order, therefore we are unable to offer a refund or exchange. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your items or your order arrived damaged in transit, please hold onto all packaging and reply to your order email for assistance within 14 days of receiving your order. 


Orders are automatically printed to order by our professional printers within 30 minutes of you completing payment. If an error has been made please reply to your order email immediately, so that we can try and assist. After this time, or if you order has already been printed, we cannot cancel or amend. This includes amending shipping addresses. We cannot be held responsible if PayPal, Shopify Pay or any auto-fill settings on your device input an old shipping address or a non-complete address, though we do try to help where we can, when customers contact us immediately.
